Please contact us by  e-mail and we will provide an initial phone consultation.  This will include gathering information about your concerns, prior medical history, previous speech/language evaluations and/or therapy.  Already have a recent evaluation? If it was completed within the past six months and still reflects your child’s current communication needs, we may be able to get started with therapy right away.

We do not have a physical clinic location.  Our services are provided in the child's natural environment to include their home or daycare/preschool setting.  We travel to the areas of Gurley, Hampton Cove, Brownsburo and Owens Cross Roads. 

To help cover the time and cost of travel, a travel fee may apply based on your location:

• Within 10 miles: No travel fee

• 10–20 miles: $10 travel fee

We currently offer therapy sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30pm p.m. Our schedule follows a modified school calendar, with planned breaks for fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and spring. While some therapy services are available during the summer, availability is limited and does not follow a full schedule.

Absolutely! School-based speech and language services are supported by federal funding, so eligibility is limited and based on whether a child’s communication needs are significantly affecting their ability to access or make progress in their education. Private thereapy is not bound by those eligibility requirements. Additionally,  we are able to offer private, one-on-one sessions. We are always happy to work collaboratively with your child’s school therapist to ensure consistent support.

We encourage family and caregiver participation in therapy sessions as long as it's not a distraction to your child and they continue to make progress.  Participation is an excellent way to gain knowledge of what is happening in sessions and to carry over skills learned throughout your child's week. 

Fees will depend on session length to include anywhere from 30-45 minutes in length depending on the specific goals and needs of the child.  During our initial consultation pricing will be provided.  Prices can also be provided by e-mail. 

Every child’s therapy journey is different. The length of time a child needs speech and language therapy can vary based on their individual needs, rate of progress, participation, attendance, and support at home. We regularly monitor progress and work with families to determine the appropriate duration and frequency of services for each child.
